Real Estate Law

Our Real Estate Department has over twenty years experience representing purchasers and sellers of residential real estate in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties, especially Rye and Harrison. We can assist you in every phase of real estate transaction from negotiation of the contract of sale and the examination of title, and work directly with various municipalities regarding specific requirements or questions which may arise upon the transfer of title. For purchasers, we will also review all financing requirements and work with your mortgage lender to ensure a smooth closing.
