Our commercial practice is dedicated to the needs of the closely-held business. In addition to the formation for the corporation, we have extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of shareholder agreements, employment agreements, non-compete agreements and termination agreements. We have represented both buyers and sellers of businesses and have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation in New York State and Federal Courts.
