Kerry Dinneen

Kerry A. Dinneen is Of Counsel to the firm and assists with the firm’s trust and estate matters.  Kerry has broad experience in estate planning and as a fiduciary, trust, and estate litigator.  This practice includes contested and uncontested Surrogate’s Court proceedings, as well as more complex fiduciary litigation and related matters emanating from intra-family conflict.  Kerry has handled various matters in the State and Federal Courts of New York in numerous practice areas throughout her career, including admiralty and maritime law, products liability, labor and employment, and commercial and bankruptcy litigation.  Prior to law school, Kerry worked at Amherst College in the Alumni and Development Office.  Kerry received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2004 and received a B.A. and an M.A. from Boston College.  Kerry was admitted to the State of New York in 2005, the State of Massachusetts in 2005, and the State of Connecticut in 2006.
