Joanna Roberson

Joanna Roberson is a dedicated family law attorney with experience in foster care and adoption, termination of parental rights proceedings, and appellate advocacy. During her tenure representing foster care agencies, she demonstrated her commitment to securing outcomes to protect and further the child’s best interest. After practicing in New York City’s Family Court system, she turned her focus to appellate work. Joanna has authored numerous appellate briefs, successfully achieving child permanency through adoption. Joanna assists with the firm’s family law and matrimonial matters.

Joanna holds a J.D. from Hofstra Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
